Monday, after Garrett and Scott returned from their Inner Circle trip with Russell Brunson we had a meeting to talk about how their trip went. They presented Software Secrets and Software Funnels to their Inner Circle group and also were able to meet with Russell for a bit. For those of you who don’t remember, Russell Brunson is partnering with us on the promotion of Software Secrets.

So as we talked Monday, Garrett and Scott filled me in on how that presentation went as well as what changes/impacts would be taking place a result of being able to meet with Russell.

The biggest change is that we have decided to change our launch dates and process. We are now aiming for a “beta launch” the first week of June 2017 and then an overall official launch in September 2017. This is quite a bit different from our original plan, but it will all be for the better! This is one of many times I’ve bee reminded of the concept “pivot quickly” that Garrett and Scott emphasize in the Software Secrets book.

Essentially they teach that change will happen and that when (not if) it comes, project managers need to pivot quickly to adapt. I’m learning and agree with them when they say that “Software companies that can change and innovate quickly are the ones that grow and last.”

So that’s what we are going to do. Adapt to the changes.

The beta launch in June will be open to a couple select groups of people that will receive the Software Secrets Training program, Software Funnels and our dedicated help and attention to ensure they are able to successfully make it through the training program and implement our systems and processes.

If you would like to be included in that select group, please click here, and let us know.  Only the people on this list and the Inner Circle group will have the chance to be apart of our beta launch and will receive these products at a discount.

I’m really excited about these changes and can’t wait for June to get here, but we still have a lot of work to do. As far as the programming of Software Funnels is concerned, we aren’t going to change our approach. We are still aiming to have it completed by May 1st and then we will take those last few weeks to really solidify version one and start improving and working on version two.

Pretty exciting but stay tuned because more changes are bound to occur! 😉
